Job summary

BlueDynamics in Alta, Norway is seeking a customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Fluent English is required; other languages are a plus. You should be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, handle payments, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Norwegian candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints calmly.
• Basic math skills for taking orders and handling payments accurately.
• Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.
