Job summary

Statkraft is seeking a Vulnerability Manager to lead end-to-end vulnerability management across the organization, enforcing SLAs and driving governance. You will partner with IT, development, and security teams to prioritize and remediate weaknesses, elevate security culture, and protect critical infrastructure across multiple countries.

You will refine the practice, establish governance, and empower teams to understand risks and take decisive actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cyber security or vulnerability management.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of vulnerability lifecycles and risk prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Advance and mature the vulnerability management framework and SOPs.
• Prioritize vulnerabilities using threat intel and business context.
• Enforce SLAs and monitor cross-department compliance.
• Design KPIs and dashboards to report security posture to leadership.
• Lead remediation alignment with system owners and business units.
• Oversee tooling strategy for vulnerability management.
