LILT is seeking professional voice talents for an exciting AI language project. We want a native Norwegian or target locale speaker, with natural dialogue delivery and a friendly, confident tone. A home studio with a microphone, DAW, and a treated space is required.

You will provide demos and adapt to fast turnaround timelines for diverse projects. As a remote contractor, you control your schedule, work when you want, and get paid quickly and fairly.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for professional or semi-professional voice talents with a passion for language and technology for an exciting project.

Voice characteristics:

Female, \"mature\" (~35–55 years old), natural rather than polished/robotic — retaining natural pauses, disfluencies, and natural word emphasis.

Personality and Tone:

1. Conversational and likeable for customers (e.g., friendly, empathetic, patient)

1. Natural and approachable in a dialogue

1. Intelligent, confident, engaged, and builds trust

1. Welcoming and accommodating without being earnest, sycophantic or too eager to please

1. Ability to convey the desired personality traits (e.g., friendly, confident, helpful)

Speech Quality and Clarity:

1. Easy to follow and clear

1. Consistent, moderate pace with natural pauses

Qualifications

• Must be native speaker of the target locale

• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming

• Access to a home recording setup

  • Treated space, quiet environment, free from background noise, music, clicks, muffling, etc.

• Able to follow specific technical requirements when recording (volume level, file naming, format, gaps between segments, audio quality, etc.)

• Able to provide demo, sample recordings, voiceover samples

• Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and able to meet tight delivery deadlines when engaged

• Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training

• Depending on the project, you may undergo a test in our module to be subsequently vetted against all requirements.
