Job summary

Telenor Group is seeking a Vice President, Compliance to lead a team of Compliance Officers serving selected Norwegian entities. You will advise local management, support the Chief Compliance Officer, and shape how compliance is embedded across the business.

The role is based at Fornebu (Oslo) with a focus on data-driven risk insights and policy delivery. The successful candidate will drive strategy, develop the Compliance Community, and ensure timely escalation of matters.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications in compliance, risk or audit are an advantage.
• 10–15 years in governance, compliance, internal control or risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Compliance Officers.
• Advise management and Boards with risk insights and reporting.
• Oversee compliance programme and policy implementation across entities.
• Coordinate investigations and remedial actions with related functions.
• Act as Compliance Officer for selected Norwegian entities.
