Job description

Who are we looking for

A Product Designer with a strong background in product development, and customer-centric design who wants to take true ownership of the UX space and help shape the future of our products.

Your task

You will take ownership of the user experience across our product portfolio, shaping solutions, and form best UX practices across product teams. You will act as the go-to person for all things UX, ensuring a cohesive user-centered approach. You will partner closely with Product Owners and developers to dissect incoming customer feature requests, ask the right "why" questions to uncover the actual challenge, and turn complex operational needs into elegant, standardized UI patterns.

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Own the end-to-end user experience across our product portfolio, establishing a systematic, scalable approach to interaction design, visual hierarchy, and navigation.
  • Champion component reusability across the platform to accelerate engineering velocity and reduce design fragmentation.
  • Actively engage with incoming customer requests and feedback. Instead of simply building requested buttons or filters, you will ask probing questions to identify underlying operational pain points and workflow friction.
  • Translate customer needs into user flows, interactive prototypes, and functional design specs. Leverage software prototyping methodologies to validate complex logic before engineering commitment.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Developers to establish best practices, balance trade-offs between speed and quality, and continuously improve how we build software.
We look forward to working with colleagues who …
  • Have 3+ years of relevant experience within UX, product design, product development, or similar fields.
  • Hold a relevant degree or educational background.
  • Are naturally curious and enjoy asking questions to uncover customer needs and challenges.
  • Are passionate about creating solutions that solve real user problems.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work in a structured, detail-oriented, and proactive manner.
  • Bonus points for having experience from the logistics, supply chain, maritime, or energy industry.
  • Are based in Stavanger.
We Offer
  • A true product company where your ideas don't just get parked in a backlog, they help shape what we build.
  • Be part of an ambitious growth journey where there's always something new to solve, improve, or create.
  • Work alongside talented and passionate colleagues from around the world.
  • Take on meaningful projects with plenty of variety, responsibility, and room to make an impact.
  • Have a real voice in the direction of our products, user experience, and company growth.
  • Enjoy a competitive compensation package and benefits designed to support your work and well-being.
  • Fuel your day with what many consider the best canteen in town.
