EventMakers Entertainment in Oslo is seeking a skilled Machine Operator for an urgent project. You will set up, run and maintain various machines, ensuring production runs smoothly and safely to meet client needs.

The role requires blueprint reading, using precision tools such as calipers and micrometers, and a basic understanding of CNC equipment. The position offers 1200 USD per month with accommodation provided in Oslo.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
• Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Basic understanding of computer-controlled equipment is a plus.
• Technical knowledge of machines and tools used in manufacturing processes.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy machinery and materials.
• Attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines (e.g. lathes, mills) following engineering specifications and blueprints.
• Operate machines to produce parts according to quality standards.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisor immediately.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations at all times.
