Qualifications

• Military service experience in UAV units or related fields.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience operating UAVs/UGVs.
• Proven experience as an instructor or trainer.
• EU/EASA UAV certificates or equivalent recognized certs.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Knowledge of risk management and flight safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom instruction, simulator sessions, and supervised flight training for UAS and, where qualified, UGVs.
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials aligned with syllabus and EU/NATO standards.
• Prepare training missions, perform risk assessments and pre-flight checks, and supervise activities.
• Evaluate knowledge and performance, provide feedback, and maintain attendance and qualification records.
• Conduct serviceability checks and coordinate maintenance for training aircraft and equipment.
• Collaborate with instructors, technical staff, and international partners to deliver consistent training.
