Job summary

AdventureRecruit UAE in Oslo is seeking a patient English Tutor for English Language Learners to join our team on a part-time basis. This role welcomes applicants with or without teaching experience and offers visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

As a tutor you will provide one-on-one or small group instruction to non-native speakers, aiming to improve speaking, reading, writing and listening skills while adapting to each learner's pace and needs.

Qualifications

• Native English speaker or near-native proficiency level.
• Bachelor's degree in Education/Linguistics or a related field preferred.
• Previous teaching tutoring experience is an asset but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Patient, empathetic and adaptable to different learning styles.
• Valid work permit/visa sponsorship if not a Norwegian citizen.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of each student.
• Evaluate students' language proficiency levels and create personalized learning plans.
• Provide constructive feedback on students' progress and areas for improvement.
• Use a variety of teaching techniques to keep students motivated and engaged.

We are seeking a patient and dedicated Tutor for English Language Learners to join our team in Oslo. This part-time position is suitable for men and women without previous teaching experience, and visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Salary

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
