Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Previous tutoring experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Patience, flexibility and adaptability when working with students of different ages and backgrounds.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans based on individual student needs.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting initial assessments to determine students proficiency level and learning needs
• Creating personalized lesson plans tailored to each students goals and abilities
• Using a variety of teaching techniques resources and materials to keep lessons interesting and effective
• Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
• Organizing and leading educational activities games or discussions to enhance learning
• Collaborating with other tutors or school staff to ensure continuity in lesson plans and curriculum
• Communicating effectively with students parents or guardians about their progress and any areas of improvement needed

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Education or related field
• Fluency in English native speaker preferred
• Previous tutoring experience is an asset but not required
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
