Responsibilities

• Plan and implement effective tutoring sessions for students
• Assess students strengths and weaknesses and develop individualized learning plans
• Provide guidance and support to students in various subject areas including math science English and social studies
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parentsguardians
• Collaborate with teachers to align tutoring sessions with classroom curriculum
• Utilize a variety of teaching materials and methods to cater to different learning styles
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for students

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Education or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in tutoring or teaching roles
• Proven track record of improving student academic performance
• Strong knowledge of subject areas being tutored
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds

Preferred

• Experience working with primary or secondary school students
• Familiarity with Nigerian curriculum standards
• Fluency in local languages
