Job summary

Expeditors is hiring for a Transcon Agent based at Gardermoen. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in a dynamic, on-site team to ensure smooth freight flow and timely data entry, while coordinating with customers and vendors to meet service standards.

Key responsibilities include tracking Transcon files, accurate billing, and maintaining supplier relationships. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential, with Norwegian language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in logistics or customer service environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service focus.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
• Highly detail-oriented with accuracy in fast-paced settings.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently or in a team.
• Fluent in English; Norwegian language skills are considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
• Track andTrace Transcon files and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
• Interact with customers to arrange shipments meeting service standards.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and network communications.
• Respond promptly to emails and requests; meet KPI standards.
• Support and collaborate with teammates and Transcon Manager to optimize processes.

Job Description
