Job summary

Acuren is seeking a Tool Crib Attendant to support field operations with inventory management, tool readiness, and organization of the tool crib. You will ensure tools and gear are in good working condition and properly documented.

Responsibilities include coordinating purchases, receiving and inventory reconciliation, and safe, efficient workflow between project sites. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma plus 2 years industry-related experience.
• PETZL PPE Inspection course or IRATA Level 1 for rope equipment inspections.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and calibrated per procedures.
• Maintain inventory control and rotation; manage stock levels and obsolescence.
• Process purchases, receipts, and supplier communications; verify packing slips and billing.
• Schedule and track equipment movement to project sites; inspect and recertify as needed.
