Qualifications

• Strong local knowledge of Sirdal and Agder, ideally residing in the area.
• Fluent in Norwegian and good working English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomatic nature.

• Be present in Tonstad, engaging with residents and handling inquiries.
• Build relationships with local residents, businesses, and community groups.
• Champion local recruitment and community partnerships.
• Represent GreenScale positively within the local community.
