Job summary

European Tech Recruit is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to build and scale the testing infrastructure for complex hardware and software systems. This hands-on role emphasizes turning real-world behaviour into robust, repeatable automated tests and owning automation from inception to deployment.

You will work with Python and PyTest, contribute to HIL testing, and develop orchestration tools that cover end-to-end workflows. A systems mindset and passion for clean code are essential.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving difficult engineering problems, building tools from scratch, and turning complex real-world behaviour into robust, repeatable automated tests.
