Overview

A Territory Manager is a key position within own district and expected to achieve sales and drive competitively the usage of Dansac and/or Hollister prioritized/portfolio products in own territory by establishing strong working relationships with key customers/opinion leaders. Great cross-functional collaboration with the national team is expected with the aim for delivering superior customer satisfaction for those who are using our products and services. Plan and execute territory activities aligned with annual sales, market access and marketing plans.

This is a fixed-term position of 11/12 months (Maternity Leave cover).

Responsibilities
  • Develop, continuously update, and execute on the annual territory plan, as agreed with the national Sales and Market Access Manager and Marketing Manager(s)
  • Deliver and exceed sales cycle objectives
  • Pro-actively provide feedback and progress to the Sales and Market Access Manager on all sales cycle objectives, territory campaigns and activities
  • Analyze and track territory sales, identify opportunities, suggest, and implement corrective actions in co-operation with Sales and Market Access Manager
  • Manage customer contact with call rate and frequency aligned with activity target
  • Provide continuous competitor feedback to the cross-functional team
  • Develop and maintain up to date product knowledge, aligned with procedures and practice
  • Continuously develop and train selling skills, utilizing the selling system (PSS)
  • Be accountable for all company assets used in territory, monitor samples and promotion material at territory level
  • Utilize and update SFDC, following guidelines
  • Utilize all tools provided, following guidelines
  • Produce timely reports as required
Essential Functions of the Role
  • Must be able to travel in own country and occasionally Nordic/ Europe
  • Must hold a valid driving license
Work Experience Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience within a Sales Environment
  • 3+ years sales experience from Medical Device Industry/ Pharmaceutical Industry/ Bandagist desirable and/or Qualified Nurse with clinical experience from Hospitals/ Health Care institutions
  • Demonstrated skill at meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, understand and meet customer needs
  • Demonstrated skills in using Microsoft Office package and CRM systems, preferably SFDC
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

Salary and Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is NOK 576,030 – NOK 905,191. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Sales Incentive Plan.

  • 25 days annual leave in accordance with the Norwegian Holiday Act, plus bank holidays
  • Pension Scheme presently with StoreBrand Fondsforsikring (current contributions are 4% of a base salary between 0 G and 7.1 G and 9% of the base salary between 7.1 G and 12 G)
