Job summary

NextPartners seeks a temporary Concierge for a luxury hotel in Bergen. You will greet guests, assist with reservations, and coordinate local transportation while ensuring a high standard of guest service throughout shifts.

The role requires strong communication in English, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation is provided for the assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English additional languages are a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Knowledge of local area attractions restaurants and transportation options
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Provide recommendations and assist with reservations for local attractions and restaurants
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services facilities and events
• Handle luggage handling and storage for guests
• Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
