• 3+ years of experience from consulting and/or working with IT strategy, operating models, data & analytics, future tech, cloud strategy, tech transformation etc.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Put ideas and findings into the right context for the right audience, both written and verbally in English and preferably in Norwegian
• An analytical and structural mindset, who can achieve impressive results and thrive in settings where you define, structure, and solve clients pain points
• Experience in delivering projects and in team-leading and driving internal activities (e.g. recruiting, social, training, etc.)
• Master's degree in a relevant field with excellent academic results
• Flexibility in terms of travel and work across the Nordics is expected
