IMPACT Commerce is seeking a Technology Director to set our technical vision, bridge technology and business, and shape the next era of digital commerce for clients and for our organisation.

You will lead strategic tech blueprints, oversee architecture and delivery on high-stakes engagements, mentor development teams, and translate deep technical insight into business value that wins deals and builds lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformative commerce projects at CTO or Director level.
• Ability to translate technology into commercial value and support sales.
• Deep expertise in B2C processes, architecture, and platform ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Impact Commerce's strategic technical blueprints.
• Translate technical complexity into clear business value for sales.
• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation on client projects.
• Provide ongoing technical consultations and roadmaps to key clients.
• Mentor development teams and lead technical workshops.
• Collaborate with C-level, marketing, sales, and product to align tech strategy.
• Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
