Job summary

Novanet is expanding its advisory practice and is looking for an experienced Technology Advisor or Tech Lead. You will help organisations make sound technology decisions and turn complex initiatives into practical direction.

You will work in a senior advisory and engineering environment with hybrid working, typically one to two office days per week. Total compensation is typically around 1–1.2 MNOK, with strong pension and insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development or technology leadership.
• Experience in advisory work or as architect/PM.
• Strong customer-facing communication.
• Ability to create clarity in complex environments.
• Willingness to learn Norwegian over time.
