Job summary

Jobtailor in Oslo is seeking a network and security specialist to design, deploy and continuously improve managed services for corporate customers across the Nordic region.

You will support customers with reliable, secure, high-performing solutions, work with next-generation software-defined networking, and collaborate with Nordic Technical Specialists to solve complex challenges and drive service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with deployment and operation of firewalls, switches and WLAN access points.
• Knowledge of VPN services and network security.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Aruba certifications are advantageous.

Requirements

• Experience with deployment and operation of firewalls, switches and WLAN access points
• Knowledge of network operations, VPN services and network security
• Experience with solutions from vendors such as Fortinet, Aruba or Cisco
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent relevant experience
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Aruba ACSA/ACSP or ACMA/ACMP are an advantage
• Knowledge of ITIL practices is an advantage
• Fluent Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Ability to obtain a security clearance in accordance with the Norwegian Security Act
