Job summary

Lace Lithography in Bergen is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the transition from physics prototypes to industrial-scale manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams across Norway, Spain and the Netherlands, orchestrating lab-to-fab industrialization and AI-driven mask design integration.

You have 5+ years in high-tech R&D or semiconductor settings, with a strong technical baseline and proven ability to translate complex physics constraints into engineering tasks.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Physics, Engineering, or a closely related deep-tech discipline.
• 5+ years of project leadership experience within high-tech R&D, aerospace, or semiconductor environments.
• Proven track record of taking complex hardware or software from concept to pilot production.
• Familiarity with product development, requirements engineering, risk management and related methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle from lab-to-fab industrialization of tool modules.
• Bridge cross-disciplinary teams across Norway, Spain and the Netherlands.
• Oversee software workstreams for scaling AI-driven mask design algorithms.
• Build and manage agile timelines with dynamic resource allocation to hit milestones.
• Liaise with external partners and foundries to align milestones and dependencies.
