Technical Design Specialist - build datacentre sites

The position

You will be a key member of the technical team reporting to our CTO. Your department will be Technical Design, with plans to grow to about 5 people within the next 3 years, and approximately 25 people in the technical department overall.

As a Technical Design Specialist, you will primarily develop solutions for our datacentres. Our strategy involves building datacentre sites in urban areas, featuring liquid-cooled (HPC) server racks across the Nordic region, interconnected as a unified DC-solution, including network, power, thermal heat recovery, security, NOC, and virtualization software.

About you

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications
• 3-5 years of experience in ICT, Network, or Datacentre
• Deep knowledge of telecommunications protocols and technologies such as OSI, IPv4, Ethernet, Linux, Open Compute, Cyber Security
• A passion for new technology and a desire to stay ahead of the market
