Job summary

Abilia AB is seeking a Product Support Specialist to be on the front lines of technical support for customers and colleagues. This one-year temporary position covers a leave of absence and focuses on fast, effective assistance, proactive improvements, and documenting solutions to help the team grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support and customer service.
• Practical and technical understanding with ability to perform simple repairs.
• Initiative, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and a Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software.
• Perform simple repairs on electronic products.
• Deliver first-class service to customers and internal contacts.
• Handle support cases via phone, email, and on-site at the customer’s location.
• Document and follow up on cases in the case management system.
• Handle warranty and repair cases.
• Collaborate with third-line support and development to resolve complex issues.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and build strong customer relationships.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction (NPS) and meet SLA targets.
