Job summary

Azure Dine & Hire in Oslo, Norway is seeking a Teamlead to guide a group of entry-level employees and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Teamlead to join our growing team in Oslo, Norway. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of entry-level employees, providing guidance and support as they learn the ropes of their new profession.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of freshers, providing guidance and support as they learn their new roles
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration
• Develop training programs to ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks effectively
• Monitor team performance and provide timely feedback to help individuals improve and grow in their roles
• Collaborate with other Teamleads to ensure consistency in processes and procedures across teams
• Work closely with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to motivate and guide entry-level employees
• Fluent in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract job with the opportunity for extension based on performance. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who require it.
