About the role

We are experiencing rapid growth at Bulk, and this role is central to scaling our organization with the right talent. To ensure that we grow with the right people, we are looking for someone who wants to develop and improve the recruitment function while advising leaders at all levels and ensuring organizational needs are met. This is a highly influential role, where you will combine strategic responsibility with hands-on execution and contribute directly to strengthening the organization by hiring the right talent.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for full recruitment processes from sourcing and screening to interviews, selection, and offer management.
  • Advise leaders and ensure recruitment supports Bulk’s growth and business goals.
  • Strengthen Bulk’s position as an attractive employer through targeted employer branding on social media, career sites and university- and industry events.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and long-term candidate networks to support future recruitment needs.
  • Ensure a streamlined, consistent, and high-quality recruitment process focused on both efficiency and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Analyse market trends and key data for data-driven decision-making and advisory.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners when needed.

You are a proactive and structured recruiter who takes initiative and enjoys solving challenges. You plan with purpose, stay organized under pressure, and adapt easily when priorities change. With solid experience across the entire recruitment cycle, you think critically, communicate clearly, and build trust with both leaders and candidates. You are decisive and solution-driven, and you create strong candidate experiences in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably both in-house and as a consultant.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in recruitment, sourcing strategies, and the Scandinavian talent market.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience in both Norwegian and English.
  • Experience with assessment tools (e.g. Fairsight) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Relevant industry experience in technology, engineering, energy, or logistics.

It is an advantage, but not a requirement, to have experience building the recruitment function and employer branding strategies from scratch in a growing company.
