A leading international healthcare organization is seeking a System Administrator for its Oslo office. In this role, you will support IT systems across 17 locations in EMEA. Responsibilities include administering computers, managing networks, and providing IT support. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience in IT operations, strong knowledge of network administration, and fluency in Norwegian and English. The position offers flexible work arrangements post-probation.

We are now looking for a System Administrator to our team in Oslo, Norway. In this role, you will support our organizations in 17 different locations in EMEA, and be part of a team which consists of approximately 17 employees. The position is based at Oslo, Helsfyr and you will report to the IT Service Manager.
As a person, you are business‑oriented, proactive, customer focused, collaborative with strong problem‑solving skills. You have a genuine interest in systems and attention to details. To thrive in this role, you should be flexible and motivated by making a difference and contributing to continuous improvement. The role is varied and may occasionally involve a fast‑paced work environment.
Full‑time, start as soon as possible or according to agreement. 6 months probationary period. Location Oslo, Helsfyr with opportunity to work hybrid after the probationary period. Domestic and international travel is required in the role.
