We are now looking for a System Administrator to our team in Oslo, Norway. In this role, you will support our organizations in 17 different locations in EMEA, and be part of a team which consists of approximately 17 employees. The position is based at Oslo, Helsfyr and you will report to the IT Service Manager.

Your Role
Responsibilities
  • Set up and administer computers, user accounts, and access permissions
  • Maintain and troubleshoot internal networks, including Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, and VPNs
  • Ensure network security and proper access configurations
  • Manage hardware and software inventories, licenses, and access controls
  • Provide first‑line IT support to employees and maintain internal IT documentation
  • Contribute to improving internal processes for IT operations and security
Who You Are
  • Education in IT, networking or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT operations, support, or system administration within small to medium‑sized environments
  • Experience with basic network administration (routers, switches, access points, VPN)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, AD
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
  • It´s meritorious if you have experience in IT security, automation of IT processes, and/or ITSM platforms

As a person, you are business‑oriented, proactive, customer focused, collaborative with strong problem‑solving skills. You have a genuine interest in systems and attention to details. Employment Details

Full‑time, start as soon as possible or according to agreement. 6 months probationary period. Location Oslo, Helsfyr with opportunity to work hybrid after the probationary period. Domestic and international travel is required in the role.
