NDA Company is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to join our growing team in Oslo. This hands-on role covers purchasing, material planning, MRP and supplier follow-up to ensure materials are available when needed.

The role collaborates with production, warehouse and engineering, balancing strategic oversight with detailed execution. Strong ownership, practical problem solving and effective supplier communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or material planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Understanding of production and material flows.

Responsibilities

• Manage MRP proposals, material requirements and purchasing needs.
• Create, place and follow up purchase orders.
• Ensure timely material availability for production.
• Monitor deliveries, lead times and supplier performance.
• Follow up on delays, deviations and shortages.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers.
• Work closely with production, warehouse and engineering.
• Identify supply risks and take action before they impact production.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and material data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Contribute to improving our procurement and supply chain processes.
