Job summary

NDA in Oslo, Norway seeks a Buyer to ensure production has the right materials at the right time. You will handle MRP requirements, purchase orders, supplier follow-ups, and contract support, collaborating with Production, Warehouse, Engineering and suppliers.

The role emphasizes quick thinking, structure, and proactive problem solving; 1–3 years in purchasing or related fields is ideal, with strong Excel and ERP/MRP experience and Norwegian/English skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, logistics or material planning.
• Good Excel skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Good Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Process MRP requirements and create and follow up purchase orders.
• Ensure materials are available according to production needs.
• Follow up suppliers, deliveries, prices and lead times.
• Identify and solve potential material shortages or delays.
