At DeepOcean, we believe that strong supplier relationships are key to delivering world-class subsea services. As our new Supplier Relations Specialist, you’ll be central to our procurement strategy, strengthening key supplier relationships and leading continuous improvements across our processes.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Building and managing strategic supplier relationships, including regular meetings to align expectations and business goals
  • Negotiating and maintaining frame agreements that deliver long-term value and stability
  • Identifying and qualifying new suppliers to strengthen our competitive position in the market
  • Driving sustainability efforts in collaboration with our ESG and sustainability teams, including supplier assessments and reporting
  • Conducting supplier performance reviews and audits, and following up on improvement initiatives
  • Supporting procurement strategy during both tender and project phases
  • Ensuring strong communication with Project, Commercial, HSEQ, and other internal teams
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes, tools, and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement and sub-contracting in a multi-project, engineering environment — preferably within the subsea industry
  • Solid knowledge of the renewables and/or oil & gas sectors
  • Higher education in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering
  • Experience with sustainable procurement and ESG principles
  • Strong legal and contractual awareness
  • Proven skills in contract management and negotiation
