Q-Free in Trondheim invites motivated students to join our Tolling Technology Products team as a summer intern for 2027. You will work on real development projects alongside experienced engineers, contributing to electronics design, embedded software, and RF-related tasks.

You'll gain hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science).
• Interest in electronics design, embedded systems, RF, or positioning tech.
• Motivation to work on real development projects in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Assist in electronics design, schematic capture, PCB layout, and circuit simulations.
• Contribute to embedded software development using C/C++, Python, Linux, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Support RF measurements, antenna characterization, and wireless communications.
• Participate in test planning, measurements, and data analysis from lab to field deployments.
