Job summary

Hydro invites interns to contribute to the Logistics Operations journey, working on digitalization, automation, and data-driven improvements. You will enhance Power BI dashboards, expand SharePoint and Power Automate usage, and explore AI applications for Logistics as part of a hands-on internship program.

The internship offers exposure to cross-site teams at Vækerø and Karmøy, with annual field visits to Karmøy plant to meet the team and see operations up close.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Curious, self-driven and analytical with a digital mindset.
• Experience or motivation to become expert in SharePoint, Power Automate and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Participate in digitalization and automation of logistics processes.
• Increase use of Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Elevate Power BI reports and managerial dashboards.
• Assess the use of AI for Logistics.
