Technology Development teams drive aluminium product, process and casting innovation, supporting operations and customers through advanced laboratory, pilot-scale and digital capabilities. Our R&D Centers are located in Sunndalsøra, Karmøy and Cassopolis, Michigan, USA. We work closely with production plants, customers and research partners to solve industrial challenges and develop future aluminium solutions. Key focus areas include digitalization and artificial intelligence. As a summer intern, you will work alongside experienced researchers and technicians on real industrial projects, gaining hands‑on experience with research, testing, analysis and technology development in an international R&D environment.
