Job summary

Noble Drilling Norge AS is seeking an experienced offshore technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot BOP stacks, control systems, and subsea rig equipment. You will monitor subsea system operation and direct troubleshooting and repairs to support safe, efficient drilling operations.

The role requires recognized marine/engineering qualifications and 3+ years in hydraulics and fluid systems maintenance, with strong knowledge of BOPs, risers, and related tools.

Qualifications

Recognized marine or engineering qualification from a maritime college or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in hydraulics and fluid system maintenance and repair.
Superior knowledge of BOPs, control systems, riser tensioners, and CMC functions.
Ability to perform calculations for riser runs and tensioners.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in office applications and relevant systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot BOP stacks, control systems, and subsea rig equipment.
Monitor subsea systems operation and direct troubleshooting and repairs as necessary.
Implement and uphold safety and environmental compliance.
Work closely with Section Leaders to ensure subsea systems meet operational requirements.
