LanceSoft Europe is seeking a Structural Lead Engineer – Subsea Manifolds Systems in Stavanger, Norway, on a 12-month contract. You will verify structures, generate reports, and contribute to manifold design concepts within multidisciplinary teams.

You will ensure safety, quality, and manufacturability while aligning with project costs and schedules, collaborating across departments and providing support through procurement and testing phases.

Formación

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of materials, strength and production processes.

Responsabilidades

• Structural verification of manifolds and foundations.
• Create structural design reports and drawings.
• Be part of a design team within manifold system projects.
• Work with other Engineers and management to develop design concepts.
• Consider safety, quality, cost and manufacturability in designs.
• Establish technical requirements based on customer specifications and project needs.
• Lead and contribute on design development activities ensuring alignment with requirements, cost and schedule.
• Collaborate with other engineers and departments to align interfaces, design, activities and deliverables.
• Present analyses/design outcomes in design reviews when needed.
• Provide engineering support to project/program management.
• Support sourcing team through procurement, manufacturing and test of designed products.

Summary

The Structural Lead Engineer – Subsea Manifolds Systems is responsible for analyses and supporting mechanical engineers to develop design solutions for Manifolds as a part of projects, tenders or programs.

Typical tasks and defined responsibilities in the role:

• Structural verification of manifolds and its foundations,
• Create necessary structural design reports and drawings,
• Be part of a design team within manifold system projects,
• Work with other Engineers and management to develop design concepts,
• Consider safety, quality, cost and manufacturability in designs

• Establish technical requirements basing on customer functional specifications and project needs in compliance with international codes and standards
• Lead and contribute on design development activities ensuring alignment with requirements, cost and schedule
• Work cross functionally with other engineers and departments to align interfaces, design, activities, and deliverables.
• Present analyses / design outcomes in design reviews when needed.
• Provide engineering support to project / program management.
• Support sourcing team through procurement, manufacturing and test of designed products

Qualifications/Requirements
