Job summary

Equinor invites motivated students to join the Summer Internship Programme 2027 in Norway within Strategy & Management. The internship offers hands-on experience across disciplines including Supply Chain, Commercial, Safety & Sustainability, and Project Management & Control in Stavanger, Oslo, Bergen, and other cities.

You will work with teams on real tasks, participate in learning sessions about energy markets and our strategy, and develop professionally through structured development sessions

Qualifications

• You are currently studying for a bachelor’s degree, master's or Ph.D. and you have a good academic record.
• You are fluent in English
• You have no more than two years of relevant full-time work experience
• You have completed at least two years of higher education before the internship starts
• You have at least one year of higher education left after the internship ends
• Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work are an advantage.
