Job summary

Equinor ASA invites students to join a summer internship in Stavanger, offering hands-on experience across oil, gas, renewables and low carbon solutions. The program aims to develop the next generation with broad exposure to operations, strategy and technology.

You will work on real tasks with your team, learn from industry experts, and participate in sessions about energy markets, strategy and personal growth, while expanding your professional network.

Qualifications

• You are currently studying for a bachelor’s, master’s or Ph.D. and maintain a good academic record.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have no more than two years of relevant full‑time work experience.
• You have completed at least two years of higher education before the internship starts.
• You have at least one year of higher education left after the internship ends.
• Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work are an advantage.
