Job summary

MDE Bergen is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage goods receipt, deviation handling, equipment marking, and material preparation for turnarounds using cars, trucks, and cranes. You will support communication with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization across projects.

The role requires 3-5 years of logistics experience, a Certificate of Apprenticeship, and a competence certificate for car, truck, and crane.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years logistics experience
• Certificate of Apprenticeship
• Good business and supply chain understanding
• Basic understanding of the Supply Chain and movement of materials, requisitions and purchasing activities
• SAP competence and competence on other relevant digital tools
• Interested in continuous improvement in logistics and supply chain activities
• A high degree of accuracy and structure in your work execution

Responsibilities

• Goods receipt and goods receipt control
• Deviation management
• Marking of equipment and intermediate storage
• Logistic tasks connected to turnarounds and modifications
• Preparation and delivery of material from warehouse
• Ensure professional services and communication towards internal and external stakeholders connected to preparation of material for planned activities
• Daily tasks requires use of car, truck and crane (the associated certificate of competence is required)
• Be an active contributor to continuous improvement, digitalization and building a strong and good working environment
• Be flexible to contribute at other locations upon request
