Job summary

Nammo is seeking a Program Director for the Medium Calibre product area in Raufoss. You will lead strategic development, manage major investments, and align product development with production capacity and market needs.

You will work with senior leaders to drive priority setting, governance and strong delivery across sites. You bring extensive leadership experience in technical environments, a track record of building business cases, and the ability to turn market opportunities into actionable

Qualifications

Relevant higher education degree within engineering, technology, business or a related field.
Extensive experience from program management, product management, business development or other senior commercial roles in a technical and industrial environment.
Strong commercial and financial understanding, including experience developing business cases.
Eligible for a Norwegian/NATO security clearance.

Responsibilities

Set product roadmaps and portfolio priorities in line with market needs and SMCA objectives.
Provide direct leadership to two Program Managers, setting clear priorities and ensuring strong delivery.
Act as project owner for strategic initiatives, including scope, funding and key risks.
