Diaverum Saudi Arabia is seeking a Head of PMO to lead the day-to-day execution model and provide structured governance across strategic initiatives.

You will work with Medical, Commercial, Operations, Finance, and IT to translate priorities into time-bound plans, dashboards, and executive briefs. The role emphasizes agile leadership, robust risk management, and transparent decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in project/portfolio management with cross-functional initiatives.
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP or PMI-PMOCP.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret portfolio data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
