Job summary

Wise is seeking a Finance Manager in Performance Insights within FP&A. The role blends core reporting and external strategic insight in a hybrid setup, split roughly 50:50 between internal forecasts and market analysis.

You'll shape financial narratives for boards and leadership, manage forecasting cycles, and contribute to long-range planning while partnering with Investor Relations and data providers. This is a high-visibility role with ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic FP&A, corporate finance or investment banking.
• Highly proficient in complex financial modelling from scratch.
• Experience with forecasting/planning cycles and process improvement.
• Experience in competitor benchmarking and market analysis in a multinational setting.
• Professional qualification preferred (CFA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or demonstrableSkills.

Responsibilities

• Produce competitor benchmarking reports comparing Wise to fintech peers.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated valuation models for Wise and peers.
• Drive market sizing and share insights across cross-currency corridors.
• Support Board strategy papers with analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations for quarterly updates and analyst presentations.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for Leadership Team.
