Job summary

VirtuoWhiz Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience in Rogaland, Norway.

You will gather and analyze business needs, document BRD, FRD, SOW and user stories, and collaborate with IT teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks. You will work with stakeholders, participate in client meetings and project planning, and help define scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring quality throughout the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with IT/software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and business needs
• Prepare clear documentation such as BRD, FRD, SOW, and user stories
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and project planning
