Job summary

ONLY stores are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our Trondheim stores in Northern Norway. This role requires empowering leadership, a strong sales mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

As Store Manager, you will drive store performance, coach your team, manage daily operations and ensure visual standards. You will be responsible for achieving targets, budgets and building a high-energy sales environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading a store team and achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer focus with ability to coach others to deliver great customer experiences.
• Experience in retail KPIs, budgets, scheduling and loss prevention.

Are you a strong and experienced Store Manager who loves retail, people and creating results?

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Store Manager to join ONLY and take the lead in one of our stores in Northern Norway / Trondheim.

This is a role for someone who truly loves being in a store. Someone who gets energy from sales, customers, people and performance – and who knows how to turn ambitions and KPIs into actual results.

As Store Manager, you will have a key role in driving the performance of the store. You will lead, motivate and develop your team while creating a strong sales culture where everyone knows what it takes to succeed.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop your team with clear direction, energy and strong presence on the sales floor
• Drive sales and continuously work to improve the store's performance
