Job summary

ONLY Norway is seeking a Junior Visual Merchandiser to support our stores across Norway. You will translate visual guidelines into inspiring, commercially strong store presentations and work closely with Store Managers during visits.

No extensive experience is required; a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills are valued. The role includes travel across Norway to various store locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ONLY’s visual concept and guidelines are implemented consistently across stores.
• Work with styling, mannequins, product placement and campaign areas.
• Ensure collections are presented in an inspiring and commercial way.
• Follow up on replenishment, stock levels, size availability and store appearance.
• Visit stores and collaborate with Store Managers to improve presentation.
• Keep stores tidy, organized and ready for business.
• Support seasonal changes, campaigns and new collections launches.
• Document store visits with photos and follow up on action points.

Junior Visual Merchandiser – ONLY Norway

Are you passionate about fashion, styling and creating inspiring in-store experiences?

ONLY is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Junior Visual Merchandiser to support our stores across Norway. We are looking for someone with a good eye for detail, a genuine interest in fashion and a desire to develop their skills within visual merchandising.

You do not need many years of experience. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to translate our visual guidelines into inspiring and commercially strong store presentations.

You will become part of our retail organisation and receive training in ONLY’s concept, visual standards and ways of working.

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure that ONLY’s visual concept and guidelines are implemented consistently across our stores.
• Work with styling, mannequins, product placement and campaign areas.
• Ensure that collections are presented in an inspiring and commercial way.
• Follow up on product replenishment, stock levels, size availability and the overall appearance of the stores.
• Visit stores and work closely with Store Managers to improve visual presentation.
• Ensure that stores are tidy, well organised and ready for business.
• Support seasonal changes, campaigns and the launch of new collections.
• Document store visits with photos and follow up on agreed action points.
