Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking motivated individuals for Managers In Training to learn day-to-day management of a Cumberland Farms convenience store location under seasoned leaders.

You will train with Training Managers and Supervising Managers, rotating shifts to understand the business, team dynamics, and guest experience. This role feeds into our bench leadership for future store leadership assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service or restaurant management preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and leadership potential.
• Willingness to train and develop as part of the Managers In Training program.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full and in-stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations offering hot food.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support store operations during shifts.
