Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in being part of a team of +10 employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in line with company virtues and standards.
• Recruit, onboard and position the right team for optimal performance.
• Develop and motivate staff through coaching and training.
• Deliver guest-first service, build strong guest relationships.
• Maintain safe, hygienic, and compliant working environment.
• Plan shifts to match seasonality and store needs.
• Own stock handling, ordering and waste control.
• Drive sales and EBITDA to meet KPI targets.
