Job summary

Inside Lvmh in Oslo is seeking a Stock Controller to act as an ambassador of the brand, ensuring back-of-house efficiency and continuous stock improvements. You will manage deliveries, prepare and replenish stock quickly and accurately to keep the shop floor stocked for a superior client experience.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and fluency in Norwegian and English. You will work closely with the store team and the Supply Chain to optimize product

Qualifications

• Experience using stock management software and Excel or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English; customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the stock inventory in a perfect condition ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms (product and packaging)
• Manage the delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately
• Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize Client experience
• Ensure prompt and accurate updates and communication with the team in respect to new stock arrivals
• Improve product availability, interacting with Supply Chain and managing Product Requests to answer Client needs
• Proactively manage and investigate any stock discrepancies and ensure that the matter is resolved efficiently and communicated back to the store

Job description

As a Stock Controller , you will be an ambassador of the Brand ensuring the back of house efficiency and striving to constantly improve stock operations . This diverse role will manage the delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately as well as ensuring the right products are available on the shop floor to improve store efficiency and maximize the client experience. The Stock Controller will work closely together with the store team and the supply chain.

Job responsabilities
