An iconic hotel group in Oslo is seeking a strategic and creative Sous Chef to join their team. You'll lead the kitchen operations, ensure high standards, and contribute to menu development. As Sous Chef, you’ll be part of our talented kitchen leadership team, working closely with the Executive Chef to guide and support the kitchen team. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing our culinary concepts — ensuring that every dining experience, from breakfast and lunch to à la carte and events, delights our guests and reflects Amerikalinjen’s high standards of quality, creativity, and hospitality. You’ll also be part of the hotel’s extended leadership team, collaborating with other department heads to drive development, efficiency, and growth across Amerikalinjen.
