Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Solutions Architect for Customer Lake, a leading agentic CDP. You will guide strategic customers from architecture to activation, building trusted advisor relationships with CMOs and marketing tech leaders.

You will design and present demonstrations, run POCs, and collaborate with GTM teams to drive adoption and revenue growth. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data governance, and cloud-based activations.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting CDP and MarTech integrations.
• Proven ability to design data and activation workflows.
• Experience with identity resolution and audience activation.
• Experience collaborating with GSIs and consulting orgs.
• Strong presentation and POC delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for implementations across data engineering to activation.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams for adoption strategies.
• Build credibility with CMOs and data leaders to drive product adoption.
• Deliver workshops, POCs, and customer-facing collateral on demand.
• Influence product roadmap with field-derived insights for engineering teams.
• Serve as tier-3 escalation point for complex data environments.
• Refine the POC intake process to maximize customer success and minimize friction.
