Job summary

DNB Bank ASA Norge is seeking a Software Engineer to join a small, high-impact team that owns the full stack for DNB's communication services. You will design APIs, build services, and drive features from initial conversation to production deployment, collaborating closely with frontend, product, and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and a DevOps mindset in a BizDevOps model, located in Oslo. Fluent English is required, Norwegian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Kotlin and Java with experience in concurrent systems.
• Experience deploying production services on AWS and IaC using Terraform or CDK.
• Ability to design and operate high-performance distributed systems.
• Fluency in English; Norwegian language skills are a plus.
• Relevant higher education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership from scoping to deployment and production operations.
