Job summary

Dintero is seeking a senior backend engineer to design and own core backend services that power payment infrastructure in production. You will build high-throughput APIs used by merchants and partners, and make architectural decisions with long-term impact.

The role emphasizes reliability, observability, and compliance-aware design in a small, ownership-driven team. AWS-based infrastructure, Node.js, and TypeScript are central to daily work.

Senior backend engineer? Build payment infrastructure handling 150M+ API calls every month. At Dintero, you are not working on the edges of a product. You build core systems where failure has real consequences.

We develop and operate the entire platform ourselves and control the full payment flow. This gives us deep technical ownership, real responsibility, and engineers who influence architecture, not just implementation.
